Your transcripts, securely stored online and only a click away

Realtime service is a major key in the world of court reporting and in the age of electronic information, it seems obvious that you should have electronic transcripts delivered to your inbox whenever you need them, with 100% accurate pagination.

When working with a deposition and litigation services, you need to make sure that your case-specific transcripts, hyper-linked exhibits and other documents are stored in a secure, online document repository.

Having your information stored in online in a searchable and downloadable database gives you easy accesses to your material form anywhere in the world. You can also share accesses to your valuable information with other attorneys and support staff that can make any annotation to be later shared with others working on the case.

And when it is time to go and win that trial, you can download all the docs and exhibits you need and take them along.

Veritext.com provides a highly secure online transcript repository as well as court reporting services, videography and transcription services in New York, California, Florida, Chicago and other areas throughout the United States.

If you're looking for a great document repository solution as a court reporting firm, OMTI's 'Reporter Base' and 'Meta Records' supply firms with their own in house databases as well as many other features. It's what we use at Sunbelt and our clients haven't had any issues.

Online repositories such as Case 24/7 are great for attorneys and paralegals. Having one place to find exhibits, transcripts, billings, an online calendar and errata sheets about a particular case is an important service many court reporters provide their clieints.

Imagine that you're running out the door Friday night to get home to go to your summer get-away...the cottage, the lake, etc., but you've got a case on Monday and you either don't want to carry all those transcripts with you (who has room in the car with all the kids' things and the groceries?) or perhaps you simply forgot to take them with you? With the simple click of a mouse you can access your transcripts and linked exhibits using online repositories. Or perhaps you've forgotten to book a deposition or examation for discovery next week? Never fear, for that simple click of a mouse will allow you to reserve a court reporter or room online too. Our clients at Neeson love the flexibility this service provides.

I think that this is a great idea. I normally use a flash drive to store all of my depositions & other important files on, since a computer can crash without warning at any time. But flash drives are so small and can be easily lost. This way you could access your documents from any computer, at any time.

With internet and information technology, sharing court reports will be much easier. This has also good for parties working in the case since solving the case will be much more easier rather than wading through countless paper reports.

How many attorneys actually use online repositories? I'm considering getting one for my court reporting firm, but haven't decided if it would be worth the money.

Those court transcripts can be stored securely through solid state devices (SSDs) - flash drives and SSD hard disks. Other methods is to use online storage accounts though they may ask for a fee.
